2.1 Booking Process

• Reservations can be made online through our third-party booking platform (Resy) or by calling the restaurant directly
• We reserve the right to confirm, modify, or cancel reservations at our discretion
• Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed

2.2 Cancellation Policy

• We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or impact your ability to make future reservations
• For large parties (8 or more guests), special cancellation policies may apply

2.3 Table Duration

• Tables are reserved for 2 hours for parties of 2-4 guests
• Tables are reserved for 2.5 hours for parties of 5 or more guests
• Extensions may be granted based on availability at the restaurant's discretion

3. Restaurant Policies

3.1 Dress Code

We maintain a smart casual dress code. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests whose attire is deemed inappropriate.

3.2 Age Requirements

While we welcome families with children, we require that all minors be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to request identification for alcohol service.

3.3 Special Requests

• We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible with advance notice
• Special requests (window seating, private areas, etc.) are noted but cannot be guaranteed
• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen facilities

4. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed reservations will honor posted prices
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• Gratuity is not included in menu prices and is at your discretion
• For large parties, an automatic gratuity of 18% may be applied
• All prices include applicable taxes (HST)

9. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid only at Fratelli Pasta Grill
• Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

10. Events and Private Functions

Private events and functions are subject to separate agreements and terms. Please contact us directly to discuss private event bookings, which may require deposits and have specific cancellation policies.
